Job summary

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience required.
• Reading and following job tickets is essential.
• Basic math skills needed for measurements and counting.
• Complete forklift certification and follow safety policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 9th grade education or higher; HS diploma/GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow company rules.
• Complete pre-shift startup equipment checklist and report issues.
• Stack raw materials and finished goods safely for loading.
• Inspect finished goods and escalate non-conforming products.
• Read job tickets and locate units for each order.
• Load production line with correct sheets for the running order.
• Keep loads squared and neat for seamless robotic feeding.
• Maintain clean conveyor and floor areas; dispose straps and trash properly.
• Assist with end-of-shift cleanup, jams, and other production issues.
