The Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a 1st shift Forklift Operator I in North Carolina to perform pallet building, inbound unloading, outbound loading, and replenishment across the warehouse. The role travels within the warehouse to pick and stack products while meeting safety and accuracy targets.

Responsibilities include pallet building, unloading, loading, and restocking while maintaining a clean, safe work area. 1-3 years of experience preferred; shift flexibility required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience is required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 30-75 lbs repetitively and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build stable pallets by stacking cases per pick ticket.
• Unload inbound product and deposit items to storage areas.
• Load outbound product to trailers at loading docks.
• Replenish stock to pick areas and mezzanine levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
