UFP Industries, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator I in Waseca, MN to move materials between inventory and production, keeping accurate records and assisting with bottlenecks.

The role operates on a 12:45pm–11:15pm schedule Monday through Thursday and requires reliable, safety-conscious performance. Qualified applicants will have at least 9th grade education (HS diploma/GED preferred), basic math skills, and the ability to obtain forklift licensing; prior forklift experience is welcome but not

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 9th grade education; HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and complete Forklift Driver licensing process.

Responsibilities

• Move material in process between stations as needed.
• Band, wrap, pack, and label finished goods.
• Move goods from production to inventory yard or warehouse.
• Assist production to resolve bottlenecks and material needs.
• Maintain orderly inventory yard and equipment cleanliness.
• Complete pre-shift startup equipment check and production records.

Maintains correct paperwork and production records as required.
