Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Forklift Operator I in Plant City, FL to operate High Reach Trucks, stack and retrieve materials, and maintain organized inventory in a production environment. The role requires lifting 50–80 lbs, tolerance for cold environments, and adherence to safety procedures.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 6AM–finish (about 3–4 PM), with overtime as needed (5–10 hours). This temporary assignment lasts 3+ months, with on-site work at the Plant City facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–80 lbs (team lifting OK).
• Experience with reach trucks is required or preferred.
• Able to work in temperatures down to 0°F and use provided freeze gear.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach Truck to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
• Document and maintain inventory; keep production area organized and clean.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines under supervision.
• Report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
