Job summary

Nortera Foods Inc. in Fairwater, Wisconsin is seeking a Forklift Operator to support its shipping and receiving operations. You will be responsible for operating a forklift, transporting filled pallets, and adhering to safety standards while following daily instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and demonstrate a commitment to safety and food quality. The position offers competitive wages ranging from $21 to $23 an hour, along with various benefits including health insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

Operate a forklift to transport filled pallets.
Follow daily work instructions from the Packaging Supervisor/Lead.
Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and report any equipment issues to supervisors.
Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading/unloading trucks.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety.
Report any food safety, health & safety, and quality issues.
Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
