Menasha Corporation is seeking a Forklift Operator to drive an industrial forklift and move products throughout the facility, ensuring accurate placement and safety compliance. The role requires a high school diploma and forklift certification, with overtime flexibility and teamwork emphasized.

The position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, along with life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Safety-sensitive position with alertness to hazards.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Transport finished jobs or goods into correct areas.
• Move pallets of goods for jobs in process to appropriate area as needed.
• Place finished goods which are on a designated pallet to the correct location.
• Accurately complete forklift operator’s checklist.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Confer with managers to ensure coordination of other production lines.
• Conduct a physical inventory of all corrugated materials by performing daily cycle counts.
• Perform inventory audits on a daily basis or as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by moving empty pallets to a designated area.
• Assist supervisors on the production floor to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform all functions accurately as required in our WMS system.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers
