Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services seeks a Forklift Operator in Phoenix, AZ for 1st or 2nd shift. Requires 6+ months of forklift experience and a safety-focused mindset. Background and drug screening will be conducted. PPE provided.

Operators move materials from conveyors to the facility perimeter, perform daily safety inspections, and support other warehouse tasks as needed. This is a safety-sensitive role with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months forklift experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required; drug screen required.
• Front-End Loader certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials from conveyor belts to the perimeter using a forklift.
• Perform daily equipment safety inspections.
• Communicate mechanical issues to maintenance for repair.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
