Job summary

48forty Solutions LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and materials through the warehouse and support production needs, including loading and unloading customer trailers.

You will operate Relogistics forklift equipment with care, perform hand-sorting and pallet repairs, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and work the 3rd shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:00pm) at the Plummer St location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred when available.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Able to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to the appropriate staging area using forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
