Premier Packaging is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports moving corrugated materials, loading/unloading from trucks, and assisting inventory management within a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications include 1-3 years of forklift experience, familiarity with sit-down/stand-up forklifts, and basic math skills for inventory counts. Certification is preferred; lifting up to 25 lbs alone and 50 lbs with assistance may be required.

• 1-3 years of forklift operator experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Familiarity with handling materials in corrugated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Basic math for counting and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklift safely to move, stack, and transport corrugated materials within the facility.
• Load and unload corrugated materials from trucks and storage areas using the forklift.
• Assist in inventory organization and conduct regular counts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate material movements with production supervisors, warehouse staff, and team members.
• Report issues or delays that may impact production schedules.
