48forty Solutions, LLC is hiring a Forklift Operator in Phoenix, AZ, for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:00am-3:30pm). Pay is $20.00/hr with a comprehensive benefits package. You will load/unload pallets, move wood, and keep production moving safely and efficiently in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, adherence to safety, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Join a team-focused pallet management leader in North America.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse/logistics or construction exposure preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions including heat and cold.
• Repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds and operate a forklift for entire shifts.
