Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Worthington, OH is hiring High-Lift Operators for our distribution center. You will operate forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order selectors and other powered equipment, use WMS and RF scanners, and help move full cases of product through the facility.

The role requires standing/walking for long periods, a safety-focused approach, and overtime flexibility. Prior distribution center experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution center is helpful.
• Must stand or walk for long periods during the shift.
• Able to operate powered equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lift and stack merchandise on and off conveyor lines, pallets and racks.
• Operate power equipment including forklifts and order selectors.
• Maintain and verify documentation to facilitate merchandise flow; use WMS and RF scanners.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA rules; stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
