Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Grove City, OH is seeking High-Lift Operators to lift and stack merchandise within our distribution center. You will operate forklifts and other power equipment, handle full cases, and maintain accurate documentation to keep merchandise moving efficiently.

The role requires safety training, ability to stand/walk, flexibility with overtime, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and stack merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Must be able to operate forklifts or stand-up forklifts for the majority of shifts.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred.
• Flexibility with overtime and varied assignments across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lift and stack merchandise on and off conveyors, pallets, and racks.
• Operate power equipment for a large portion of the shift and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain flow of merchandise using WMS and RF scanners; support other departments as needed.
• Meet productivity standards after training and follow safety/OSHA guidelines.
