Job summary

Bath & Body Works is hiring High-Lift Operators for our distribution center in New Albany, Ohio. You will lift and stack merchandise on and off conveyor lines, pallets, and storage racks, using forklifts and related equipment.

You will operate WMS and RF scanners while maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth merchandise flow. We value safety and require training in power equipment and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lift and stack merchandise on/off conveyor lines, pallets, and storage racks.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Maintain documentation to ensure smooth merchandise flow through the distribution center.
• Complete power equipment training and comply with safety/OSHA requirements.
