Palmer Logistics, now part of H.Essers, is hiring Forklift Operators to support material handling, shipping, receiving, and quality control in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Pasadena, Texas. Candidates should have 2–3 years of forklift experience and be capable of lifting 50 lbs, with a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

The role requires operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers, using an RF scanner, and collaborating with teams to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years forklift experience in a logistics environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort working in non-climate-controlled warehouse and congested areas.
• Basic English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage product using forklift and related equipment.
• Label, band, stretch wrap, and prepare shipments for shipping.
• Verify shipments and document discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanner and follow safety policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist with duties as needed.
