Job summary

A logistics company in Elwood is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator responsible for operating material handling equipment and ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. This full-time position offers a starting rate of $21/hour and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and 401k.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months forklift experience and/or using warehouse distribution equipment.
• Must have attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Stacks and stores merchandise using a forklift.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and moves product to storage locations.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment.
