Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator at our San Antonio, TX service center. You will move freight safely in and out of 53’ trailers, operate a forklift on a roofed dock, and work a Monday–Friday schedule with various shifts.

Starting wage is $23.35 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and one week of vacation after 90 days. Prior forklift experience and the ability to read manifests are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Some LTL experiences

Responsibilities

• Move freight in/out of enclosed trailers safely.
• Operate forklift on dock.
• Read manifests and follow loading instructions.
• Maintain safety and equipment standards.
