Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in the United States to join our dock team. You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight and operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a busy, climate-agnostic environment.

The role offers pay starting at $28.10 per hour with full health insurance from day one, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match and education assistance. Shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift and other motorized/manual equipment.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and adhere to company safety policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
