Southshore Companies in the Midwest region seeks a reliable forklift operator for our regional distribution center. You will move goods, load/unload trucks, and support daily inventory control with SAP scanning tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years forklift operator experience in distribution warehouse.
• Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License preferred; training provided.
• Prior SAP scanning experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a power industrial forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow guidelines.
• Transport, stack, and organize products within the RDC.
• Load/unload trucks and manage put-away and pick tasks.
• Use scanning equipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist inventory management and report discrepancies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team and supervisors.
