Job summary

Cedar Grove Warehouse in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse forklift driver to organize and store product in accordance with GMPs, safety policies, and customer specifications. You will load/unload, verify shipments, maintain a clean, safe work area, and operate equipment safely on a fast-paced dock.

Responsibilities include receiving and counting shipments, staging orders, maintaining paperwork, and communicating safety concerns to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read shipping and receiving records/reports.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Position Description: The warehouse forklift driver will organize and store product to meet customer

specifications in compliance with company policy, GMPs and Safety.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Load and unload trucks and railcars per bill of ladings
• Receive, count, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verification of required receiving/shipped paperwork
• Organize and store product
• Operate all warehouse equipment in safe manner
• Communicate safety issues to manager/supervisor
• Stage customer orders in organized manner on shipping dock
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean working environment
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in the Food Program
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Building maintenance as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Repetitive work in a fast-paced environment with average temperature of Zero-degree freezers -60
• degrees F (depending on worksite location)
• Some manual labor with heavy lifting required (approximately 40 pounds)
