Job summary

Benoit Premium Threading is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Personnel to load/unload trucks at the Ennis, TX site and verify materials against shipping documents. You will coordinate moving pipe to processing areas to prevent production interruptions.

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Ennis, this role requires safety awareness, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and accurate documentation. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required or the ability to obtain certification.
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and clock in/out at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Adhere to all company safety, environmental, quality, and personnel policies.
• Maintain all documentation in a clean, accurate, and legible condition.
• Sign off on Work Orders, Router Forms, and any other documentation required by Benoit SOPs.
• Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with established handling procedures.
• Coordinate with other Shipping & Receiving personnel to ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded according to schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
• Accurately measure, tally, and document tubing lengths prior to shipment.
• Package finished goods for shipment in accordance with Benoit SOPs.
• Maintain yard areas and storage racks in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Ensure company products conform to all applicable requirements and specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
