Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation in Mineola, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator in the Shipping & Receiving department. This full-time role involves processing orders per schedule, transporting and staging product, and loading/unloading goods safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include operating sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts, reading Bills of Lading and Pick Sheets, and ensuring FIFO for pallets. Candidates must meet production targets and maintain GMP/SQF compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts in a warehouse.
• Able to meet daily production requirements and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts (sit down and stand-up reach) according to training and safety policies.
• Read and understand Bills of Lading and Pick Sheets.
• Accurately pick full pallets and case quantities to build full pallets, following FIFO.
• Load and unload product and supplies to/from trucks using forklifts.
• Shrinkwrap finished goods pallets and store them in correct locations.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and rack storage; ensure proper product organization.
• Inventory product, label, sort, wrap and tie product as needed.
