Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an energetic Warehouse Team Member to put away or remove freight from the Receiving dock and replenish pick slots using RF devices. This role maintains a safe, timely, and cost-effective workflow to service stores.

You will operate PIT equipment, meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity standards, and support inventory accuracy while working in a climate-controlled distribution center. Availability for overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Education: None
• Experience: 1 year forklift operation
• Physical: Able to lift, walk, stand, climb and kneel as needed, PPE usage required

Responsibilities

• Completes daily PIT checklist and reports defects.
• Operates PIT equipment safely.
• Transports freight from dock to storage or shipment locations.
• Maintains order and replenishes modules and slots as required.
• Ensures correct slot placement and scans pallet licenses.
• Reports discrepancies to improve inventory and productivity.
