Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a warehouse Team Member to operate forklift equipment and support the Receiving dock and replenishment processes. You will use PIT devices to move freight, replenish slots, and maintain accurate inventory while following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include daily equipment checks, reporting defects, and adhering to standard operating procedures. Ability to lift, stand, and climb as needed in a climate-controlled distribution center is required.

Qualifications

• Education: None
• Experience: 1 year operating a forklift
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
• Must meet safety and PPE requirements
• Shift work with overtime, weekends and holidays may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT equipment safely and maintain daily productivity standards
• Transport freight from dock to storage or shipment areas
• Replenish modules with damage-free freight
• Ensure correct slot placement and scan pallet licenses
• Report discrepancies and safety issues to management
• Maintain organized, safe work area in the distribution center
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned
