Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Forklift Operator for a full-time role in Vernon Hills, IL. You will drive reach and stand-up forklifts, pick and stage orders using RF devices, and support shipping in a large, fast-paced warehouse.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with potential overtime; onsite work, team-focused safety culture, and modern systems like MS Dynamics 365 F&O support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
• Experience staging orders for shipping is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a very fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts.
• Perform accurate order picking and replenishment.
• Use RF scan guns to fulfill and stage customer orders.
• Support shipping activities while maintaining safety and productivity.
