Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH is seeking a High-Lift Operator to lift and stack merchandise in the distribution center. You will operate powered industrial equipment, follow directions, and ensure accurate documentation to keep merchandise flowing.

Flexibility for overtime, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with WMS and RF scanners help. Training provided; safety and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a distribution center environment is useful.
• Must be flexible with overtime and cross-department assignments.
• Must meet productivity standards after training.
• Must work well with others.
• Follow safety, hazardous materials and OSHA requirements.
• Stand/walk for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow written and verbal directions.
• Use basic math to verify quantities and complete worksheets accurately.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners and other equipment needed for duties.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Identify product and match numbers accurately.
• Operate forklifts, stand-up forklifts, order selectors and similar equipment.
