Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• High-speed packaging industry experience would be a plus.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures and SOPs.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to transport inventory.
• Load tractor trailers for shipment.
• Move inventory to correct locations and stage orders.
• Coordinate with management on daily production schedules.
• Perform visual inspection of finished goods and monitor equipment.
• Assist with other forklift operations when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
