Job summary

Vintners Logistics LLC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our Kennewick, WA team. You will operate a forklift to load, unload, and hand pick pallets of wine, food, and packaging, ensuring accuracy and safety. The role supports warehouse throughput and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license.
• Proven forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas, following proper handling procedures.
• Move pallets and other materials to designated storage locations using the forklift.
• Build customer orders / pallets from customer created pick tickets.
• Perform regular inspections of the forklift and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Sanitize incoming trailers during harvest
• Bin Washing
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
