Job summary

Shearer’s Foods in Perham, MN is seeking a Forklift Operator - Unloader/Production Puller to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. The role runs 7AM–7PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, with a base rate of $19.05/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential.

Additional $1/hr is earned after training. Responsibilities include loading/unloading docked trailers, pulling and loading orders, receiving inbound shipments, and building pallets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience operating propane sit-down lifts, stand-up and reach lifts.
• Heavy lifting 50–60 pounds as necessary; basic math skills.
• Team player with ability to interact with management and co-workers; weekends/overtime when needed.
• Prior warehouse, high lift reach truck, and WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload docked trailers, pull and load customer orders.
• Receive inbound orders and build pallets and pallet displays.
