Job summary

KLN Family Brands is hiring a Mid Shift Warehouse Picker in Perham, MN. Hours are 3pm–11pm, Mon-Fri, with all-in hourly compensation ranging from $18.91 to $20.59 per hour. The role involves picking pallets, verifying paperwork, and maintaining product freshness and safety.

Typical duties include locating pick locations, inspecting items, and driving a forklift. Benefits include profit sharing eligibility after 1 year, PTO, holidays, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Able to operate forklift and push/pull loads.
• Self-motivated and reliable in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Very good knowledge of products stored in the warehouse.
• General math and computer skills; Cedar Bay experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick pallets from orders and create loadable pallet sizes.
• Locate, pick and fill pick locations accurately.
• Inspect products for conformance and quality.
• Check items against paperwork before loading/unloading.
• Track dates to meet scheduled load dates.
• Operate forklift and maintain a clean work area.
