Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a forklift operator to safely and efficiently operate a forklift and wrapping equipment as needed. You will keep stock organized, document inbound/outbound materials, and pull production jobs with accurate inventory tagging.

The role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring teamwork, safety discipline, and flexibility for overtime. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months forklift experience, and the ability to obtain a PCA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months experience operating a forklift.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice.
• Able to work in manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Able to obtain PCA certified forklift license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Operate wrapping equipment when necessary.
• Keep stock and materials in orderly fashion.
• Document materials unloaded and taken off trucks.
• Pull jobs for production and manage inbound forms and inventory tags.
• Assist other shipping and receiving material handlers to balance workload.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures; report defects.
• Other duties may be assigned.
