Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks an onsite Forklift Driver for our East Coast Distribution Center in Dayton, NJ. You will perform daily picks, load/unload goods, and maintain inventory accuracy using our warehouse system.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year forklift experience, can work independently, and communicate effectively in English. The role requires safety awareness and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Reach Tracker, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing and able to be cross trained and certified to operate WSI equipment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily pick for the Hub using the inventory system.
• Load/unload, stack, and stage products with power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize aisles daily.
• Complete staging/sweeping tasks and upkeep safety culture.
• Support leadership to finish all key tasks by end of day.
• Other duties as assigned.
