Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to load/unload materials, support production lines and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. The role requires forklift certification and basic computer skills.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 3+ years in manufacturing. Work hours cover weekdays plus potential overtime in a fast-paced plant with variable temperatures.

Qualifications

• High School certification or GED is required or preferred.
• Must demonstrate basic operation of powered industrial trucks.
• Ability to read and write job instructions in the location language.
• Forklift certification by an approved trainer.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport them to designated areas.
• Operate forklift and use VMU/SAP features as required.
• Provide materials to production lines and perform pre-trip equipment inspections.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety policies and PPE.
• Work in a fast-paced production plant with variable temperatures.
