Job summary

Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking a reliable Material Handler & General Maintenance team member in San Marcos, CA to support warehouse operations, material handling, and facility maintenance.

This hands-on role requires forklift operation, lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3 pm, with pay $25–$30/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Hands-on maintenance and warehouse tasks.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move and organize materials.
• Pick up and stage orders for production and customer needs.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory of sheet materials and raw materials.
• Build crates and assist with shelving and racking installation.
• Perform basic facility and equipment maintenance tasks.
• Assist with building painting and floor cleaning.
