Multi Fittings in Garland, TX is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support our fast-paced distribution center. You will safely operate forklifts, perform RF scanning, and help ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork in a dynamic environment. Previous warehouse experience is preferred; training on RF systems is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach forklift experience is an asset.
• Ability to use RF scanners (training available).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Follow FIFO principles and RF processes.
• Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $21.12/hr

Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm
