Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years minimum experience in extended boom forklift/telescopic operation.

Responsibilities

• Move equipment/materials safely, maintain forklift in good condition, notify supervisor when maintenance is required.
• Ensure safety of all personnel during lifting, verify lifting gear adequacy and prevent damage to equipment/materials.
• If not certified for certain equipment types, training must be scheduled and Operations Manager notified.
• Perform daily and routine inspections and check fluids, filters, lubrication, and fuel.
• Complete a thorough JSA prior to each task and maintain a clean cab and work area.
