• Ensure safety of personnel during lifting activities and adequacy of lifting gear.
• Perform daily inspections, check fluids, and keep the cab clean.
• Keep straps, pins, shackles, and decals in good condition and within safety standards.
• Prepare and discuss a thorough Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before each task.
