Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a Picker role in Romeoville, IL. Operate sit-down forklifts and walkies to pick customer orders, maintain safe, organized warehouse areas, and verify accuracies. Requires 1 year forklift experience and a HS diploma or GED; warehousing certs are a plus.

Eligible for attendance, referral, and hiring bonuses, plus an employee ownership program. Shifts available: 1st & 2nd, with 10-hour days; pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, plus step increases and incentive

Qualifications

• 1 year forklift driving experience in a warehouse.
• Good stable work and attendance record.
• High School Diploma or GED; warehousing certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick product from inventory for order fulfillment.
• Drive sit-down forklifts and walkies.
• Assemble ship-ready orders.
• Move stock to proper warehouse locations.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate.
• Pick each customer order efficiently to minimize shipping costs.
