Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Forklift Material Handler in Joliet, IL. Operate forklifts to load/unload, pick customer orders, and maintain clean, organized storage areas while following OSHA and RJW policies.

We offer 10–12 hour shifts, attendance and referral bonuses, and an employee ownership program. Performance-based pay increases apply to qualified drivers and equipment operators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ year forklift driving experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload shipments and verify paperwork.
• Keep warehouse tidy with orderly stacking and housekeeping.
• Record shipments and ensure documentation is accurate.
