Job summary

Versova is seeking a Forklift Driver in Pasco, WA to efficiently manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods using forklifts.

You will uphold accurate inventory, operate RF scanners, build pallets, and participate in cycle counts while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years of experience, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of general work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a forklift driving test.
• Ability to read, understand, and speak simple sentences and follow directions and instructions.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic math skills, including two-digit arithmetic, money, weight, and volume.
• Overtime/weekend/holiday availability based on production demand.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying climate conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify finished goods against orders.
• Transport finished goods to storage areas using forklifts.
• Pick finished goods and transact on RF Scanner or pick sheet.
• Build and mark pallets for delivery.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment.
• Report incidents and unsafe conditions.
• Supply materials to Denesters, Packers, and Palletizers.
• Inventory materials in warehouse.
