Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a warehouse associate in Pasco, WA to pick, stage and load pallets of finished products for transport. This role requires forklift experience, basic math skills and reliable attendance in a busy facility.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a strong safety mindset is essential for daily operations. You will operate forklifts, move pallets, rotate stock and help keep paperwork for carriers organized, while following GMP guidelines and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• The position will be required to perform basic math.
• English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks, stocks, and stages pallets of finished products according to company policies.
• Loads and unloads trucks with pallets of finished products.
• Rotates, wraps, and prepares products according to company and customer guidelines.
• Moves products and pallets using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
