Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Versailles, KY is seeking a Forklift Operator to move products within the distribution center using standup forklifts. You may be required to work at heights up to 20 feet and follow safety protocols to protect people and goods.

The position offers a pay rate of $21.37 per hour, with benefits beginning after 60 days. Vacation and sick leave accrue from day one, and holidays start after 90 days. Additional programs include medical, dental, vision insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience preferred (RF Utility helpful).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
