Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Livonia, MI plant. You will operate a sit-down forklift, move pallets, and support material flow with strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Must have 2+ years of forklift experience and be able to work Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures relevant to forklift operations.
• Valid Forklift Operator certification/license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the forklift to move pallets, containers, and materials throughout the plant.
• Load and unload trucks or containers with pallets or materials.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors.
