Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator in Garland, TX to efficiently sort, load, and unload freight on a dock environment. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, scan shipments, and ensure safe handling while meeting daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
• Able to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and in accordance with safety policies.
• Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
