Job summary

Windows USA in Hot Springs, AR, a manufacturing plant, is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials, maintain inventory, and keep areas clean. You will follow safety guidelines and SOPs while supporting production and warehouse staff.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with a standard schedule and potential extended hours; benefits include 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Must complete Windows USA® / Window Mart in-house forklift certification program.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision while demonstrating initiative.
• Stand, walk, lift, and maneuver materials throughout the shift.
• Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and conversions.
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and retrieve goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document material movement.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production and warehouse areas.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support production and warehouse staff with material handling needs.
