Job summary

Holman Logistics in Maumelle, AR is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, stage products, and move materials through a 12-hour rotating shift (5:45pm-6am). The role requires attentive safety practices, basic math, and accurate paperwork for shipments.

You will perform routine inspections, load/unload materials, and maintain clean, organized work areas. Forklift certification is preferred and Holman offers certification training as needed.

Qualifications

• Attendance to required schedule and overtime during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift continually; drive safely and proficiently, including backwards.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment; report defects.
• Inspect product condition and ensure it is undamaged.
• Move and store product securely in proper locations.
• Stage product for outbound loads with correct requirements.
• Remove and empty waste bins into proper receptacles.
• Move controls to operate lifting devices to load, transport and stack material.
• Position lifting devices under pallets and secure material for transport.
• Load/unload materials manually as needed.
• Wear and operate a powered respirator for cleaning tasks.
• Maintain department housekeeping and reliable attendance.
• Comply with safety and security standards and perform other duties as assigned.
