Job summary

RRD in Wisconsin is seeking a forklift operator for the 1st shift. The schedule requires working 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with mandatory weekends on alternating Saturdays and Sundays.

The pay range is $16.50–$18.00 per hour, with benefits available including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans. Responsibilities include moving finished products, stocking materials, staging shipments, inventory control, safety compliance, and routine equipment inspections.

Qualifications

• Must know forklift dimensions and load capacity.
• Ability to judge doorway and aisle clearances for forklift passages.
• Familiarity with storage area layout to locate items.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stages product to be moved or shipped.
• Racks unused supplies and maintains inventory of type, amount and location of items.
• Transports and processes manufacturing paper by-products.
• Performs housekeeping and trash removal.
• Conducts routine daily inspections on hoist and reports maintenance needs.
