DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in West Branch, IA is hiring a Forklift Operator to move, locate, stack and count merchandise, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the forklift and related equipment. The role may also include Order Filler and Checker duties to support timely, accurate shipments.

This entry‑level to experienced position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months in a logistics environment, ability to operate MHE, and a forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience in logistics/distribution.
• Must be able to operate MHE and have forklift certification.
• Able to work 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Put‑Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations; input data into WMS.
• Order Picking: Pull and prepare for shipment; ensure correct items and quantities are loaded.
• Quality: Verify inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Delivery: Move product to staging or storage areas; ensure proper documentation.
• Inventory: Maintain records for tight inventory control and security; assist in physical inventories.
• Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
