48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Palestine, TX to move pallets and materials across the Relogistics site, supporting production needs. The role involves loading/unloading trailers, sorting pallets, and performing pallet repairs as needed.

You’ll operate forklifts safely, maintain a clean work area, and support overtime as required. High school diploma or GED and forklift experience (1–3 years) are expected, with forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
