Job summary

Parker Plastics, Inc. in Sand Springs, OK is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This full-time role focuses on safe, accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments and compliance with all warehouse procedures.

Candidates should have a clean driving record, valid license, and be able to pass drug and background checks. Willingness to obtain Parker Certification within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of warehousing experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete Parker's Forklift Certification within 90 days.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with others in a positive and constructive manner.
• Inspect all inbound and outbound shipments for damage.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound trailers pass inspection.
• Complete required forms accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trailers in a safe, timely manner.
• Assist in preparing shipping paperwork.
• Assist in and complete daily, monthly, and yearly inventories.
• Help train fellow team members.
• Assist in putting up all night stock.
• Ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all quality requirements.
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and reinforcing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
