Job summary

Parker Plastics, Inc. in Sand Springs, OK is hiring a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:06 PM, with occasional overtime.

You will safely load/unload, inspect shipments, prepare shipping docs, and help maintain inventory and quality standards. Candidates should have a clean driving record, valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of warehousing experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete PPI's Forklift Certification program within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Comfort operating warehouse equipment as described above.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software programs.
• A strong working knowledge of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all inbound and outbound shipments for damage.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound trailers pass inspection.
• Complete required forms accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trailers in a safe, timely manner.

• Help train fellow team members.
• Assist in putting up all night stock.
• Ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all quality requirements.

Position Overview

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and is a valued member of our warehouse team. It's a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:06 PM, with occasional overtime as needed. You'll be responsible for safely and accurately completing daily job duties while following all warehouse practices and procedures.
